Returns & Refunds Policy – Australia, New Zealand & Canada
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
To start a return, email us at agazus28@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return packages.
If your return is due to our error or a faulty/damaged item, we’ll refund your return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email agazus28@gmail.com.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Australia: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
New Zealand: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Canada: You have rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at agazus28@gmail.com with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Sale Items
Sale items can only be refunded if faulty or damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank — processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at agazus28@gmail.com.
