SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to Australia

AGAZus offers shipping to Australia. All products are shipped directly from our GMP Certified facility in the United States.

 

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our USA facility. 

Estimated delivery to Australia: 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs processing, Australia Post, or peak periods. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included with your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders under $1,000 AUD, GST is included and you will not be charged extra on delivery.

For orders over $1,000 AUD, Australian Border Force may charge 10% GST + import duty + processing fees. These charges are collected by the courier before delivery and are your responsibility. AGAZus does not cover these fees.

Lost, Damaged or Wrong Address

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your order arrives damaged, email us at agazus28@gmail.com within 7 days with photos.

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.
